As a volunteer organisation, we on the committee of the South East Queensland Indigenous Chamber of Commerce find it easier to make quick updates and events on our Facebook page. I know that we should be creating complete mail-outs to our database but when we’re busy Facebook is just the easiest option. Unfortunately not all our members see all our posts.

You can change the priority that Facebook will give pages.

Step 1: Go to the page and click on the drop-down menu

Step 2: Change the ‘In Your News Feed’ from ‘Default’ to ‘See First’

This small change should give your page more priority in your News Feed.
